AppealAnvil ("we", "us") makes self-serve software that helps creators build appeals to platform-enforcement decisions. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect through this website and what we do with it. It is written to be honest and specific; if anything is unclear, email [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Sign-up form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company/handle, plus which plan and billing option you selected.
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
- Basic technical fields our form tool adds automatically to prevent spam: the page URL you submitted from and a timestamp.
We do not collect payment card details anywhere on this site. We do not ask for, or want, your social-platform passwords or login credentials.
Where your data goes
When you submit a form, the information is sent to and stored in our customer-relationship management system (our "CRM"), operated for us by VUGA Group at crm.vugagroup.com. It is stored so our team can read and respond to it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to:
- contact you about AppealAnvil — for example, to tell you when onboarding opens or to honor the founding-member pricing you reserved;
- reply to a question or request you sent us; and
- understand, in aggregate, which plans people are interested in, so we build the right product.
We will not use your details to contact you about anything unrelated to AppealAnvil, and we won't add you to unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission for as long as needed to follow up with you about AppealAnvil, and then delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.
How to see, correct, or delete your data
Email [email protected] from the address you used, and ask us to send you a copy of, correct, or delete your information. We will action deletion requests within a reasonable time and confirm when it's done.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The only third-party script we load is our form tool (from crm.vugagroup.com), which is used to submit the forms you fill in.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
