Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms cover your use of the AppealAnvil website at appealanvil.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What AppealAnvil is
AppealAnvil is self-serve software (currently in final development) that helps creators prepare appeals to platform-enforcement decisions on services such as TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, and YouTube. It helps you map your own evidence to the relevant platform policy and draft a submission you send yourself.
What AppealAnvil is not
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site or produced by the product is legal advice or creates an attorney–client relationship. For serious matters, consult a qualified lawyer.
- We do not guarantee any outcome. No third party can force a platform to reverse a decision. We help you build the strongest, best-structured appeal; we do not promise reinstatement, remonetization, or restored reach.
- We are not affiliated with any platform. AppealAnvil is independent and is not endorsed by, or connected to, TikTok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, or Google. We do not have "insider" access and will never claim to.
- We never ask for your passwords or account credentials, and we do not access your accounts on your behalf.
Pre-launch sign-ups
While the product is in final development, submitting the sign-up form reserves a founding-member spot and the price shown. No payment is taken and no card details are collected at this stage. We will contact you when onboarding opens. Reserving a spot does not create an obligation for you to purchase.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, submit others' personal information without permission, or use it to harass anyone.
Content and accuracy
Our articles and guidance are general information, believed accurate as of their publication dates, and cite their sources. Platform policies change; always check the platform's current rules. We are not responsible for actions you take based on general information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
